Business owners must submit accurate information about their business
Listings are subject to review and approval by our team
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our guidelines
Listing on the platform does not constitute an endorsement by Discover Bukidnon

5. Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you agree that your content is honest and based on genuine experience, you will not submit fake or defamatory reviews, and you grant Discover Bukidnon a non-exclusive license to display your content.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not create fake accounts, scrape content without permission, manipulate ratings, use the platform for spam, or attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content including logo, design, and code is owned by Discover Bukidnon. User-submitted content remains the property of the user but is licensed to us for display purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy of business information or the availability of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Discover Bukidnon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bukidnon province.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
