Café Esquinita's catering arm, run out of its Saint Joseph Square branch on Fortich Street in Malaybalay City. Party platters are the bestseller: big trays of chicken, pork, beef, seafood, noodles, vegetables and desserts, each good for 12 to 15 people, for birthdays, office parties, fiestas and family gatherings.
The Party Platter Bundle (PHP 6,499) gets you any six platters plus a free fruit salad. Order at least 3 days ahead for big events. Platters can be picked up at the Malaybalay branch or delivered within Malaybalay City, with a transport fee outside the city.
