These terms apply when you order from local businesses through Discover Bukidnon.

Placing an Order
- When you place an order through Discover Bukidnon, you are making a request to purchase items from an independent local business listed on the platform.
- Your order is only confirmed once the business accepts it. Until then, it may be declined or adjusted (for example, if an item is out of stock).
- Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and order details are correct before placing the order.
Prices & Payment
- Prices shown are set by each business and may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
- Any delivery fee, service charge, or tip is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
- Payment is handled according to the method shown at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the rider or business upon delivery.
Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by weather, traffic, distance, and how busy the business is.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is reachable, the order may be cancelled and a fee may still apply.
- For pickup orders, please collect your order within the time given by the business.
Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel an order before the business has started preparing it. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
- If an order is wrong, missing items, or arrives in unacceptable condition, contact the business or Discover Bukidnon support as soon as possible so it can be resolved.
- Refunds, when applicable, are handled together with the business and may take time to process depending on the payment method used.
Reviews & Ratings
- Only customers who have completed a real order from a business can leave a review for that business. This keeps ratings honest and trustworthy.
- Reviews and any photos you upload must reflect your own honest experience. Do not post false, offensive, abusive, or misleading content, or content that is not yours to share.
- By submitting a review or photo, you give Discover Bukidnon permission to display it publicly on the listing. Reviews and photos are checked before they appear and may be removed if they break these rules.
- Business owners may publicly respond to your review. Discover Bukidnon may remove reviews or replies that violate these terms.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the platform honestly and lawfully. Do not abuse riders, business staff, or other users.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
- Do not use the platform to place fake, fraudulent, or abusive orders.
Limitation of Liability
- Discover Bukidnon is a platform that connects you with independent local businesses and riders. The businesses are responsible for the food, products, and services they provide.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, Discover Bukidnon is not liable for issues caused by a business or rider, such as food quality, allergens, or late delivery, but we will help mediate disputes where we reasonably can.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Customer Terms from time to time. The version shown at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
